Originally from the United Kingdom, I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years working as a tennis coach, personal trainer and currently as a Remedial Sports Massage Therapist.
My sporting experience includes having competed in one Ironman, ten marathons, as well as Strongman, powerlifting and physique competitions.
This experience has equipped me with valuable knowledge which I utilise in all of my sessions with my clients.

Working as a massage therapist in the health and fitness industry has been a longtime passion of mine. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges around understanding how I can help specific illnesses and injuries to improve peoples’ day-to-day living, fitness, strength and mobility.
I am fortunate to have gained many experiences during my time working as a therapist and dedicating myself to various training disciplines and fitness goals. IToday, I am committed to improving your quality of life by sharing the vast experience and knowledge gained throughout my career.
I graduated from an Exercise Science degree in early 2019. Currently I am working towards completing further studies in a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree through the Australian Catholic University. My expected completion date is midway through 2021.
